Coronavirus or Covid19 Pandemic was a pandemic that destroyed over 70% of the population in the United States and also worldwide. It began in Europe and circulated to the United States, turning it into barrens. The virus extinguished individuals from all walks of life, from CEOs to janitors, from senators to teachers. We knew a lot about human manners during this covid19 pandemic.

What we learned:

- People are more likely to be infected when they were jobless or homeless, which clearly means the covid19 pandemic has affected millions of people mentally.

- A person is more likely contaminated by someone who transmits their lifestyle.

- There was a higher rate of infection amongst people who had been in contact with someone with the coronavirus. Still, in todays’ time, it is highly infectious.

What we have forgotten:

- The people with the most privilege had a hard time with COVID-19 because they do not understand how it felt to have nothing.

- Coronavirus is not capable of killing everyone, but it can kill everyone you love. Confused? There are millions of people who have lost their nearer and dearer ones. This covid19 pandemic has incorporated a fear within all of us that we can lose our nearer ones, anytime.

A Covid19 Pandemic Lesson in Privilege:

The covid19 pandemic was a catastrophe. It killed over 30% population and rotated America into barrens. The virus destroyed people from all walks of life, from CEOs to janitors, from senators to teachers. We have learned a lot about human manners during this pandemic. Due to the lockdowns in the United States and worldwide, a lot of people lost their jobs. There were huge losses in businesses. The life of many people got ruined. This clearly gives us a lesson that nothing is permanent in our life. Challenges may occur anytime anywhere. It is only us, who can bravely tackle the situation and overcome it with a bravery heart.

Revolving Human Manners during the Pandemic

We learned a lot about human manners during the covid19 pandemic. There were many astonishing findings, like people who were jobless or homeless had the highest risk of infection. In this case, infection means, mental infection. But we’ve neglected one crucial finding: those with freedom had the hardest time overcoming COVID because they couldn’t understand what it was like to have nothing. It’s uncomplicated to see that those with liberty and money and power were often the ones that perished quickly. Those with less liberty, like those who were unemployed or homeless, found ways to persist and combat back against covid19 pandemic.

What we’ve ignored is that even though COVID-19 killed over 30% of the world’s population, it did not kill everyone including us. We all have extra exposure towards COVID-19 because of our narratives and claims. The more liberty someone has, the more difficult it will overcome this pandemic era.

It Actually Happened!

We often think about COVID-19 in terms of the deaths it caused, but we forget to think about what life was like for those who were left behind. When you are living through covid19 pandemic, what do you think about it? You might be thinking about how you were going to remain alive, or how your family is doing. You might even be thinking that you have nothing left to live for. But if you have the privilege of being able to focus on anything other than possession, what are you thinking about?

You might be wondering if this will happen again. Or maybe you’ve been waiting for it to happen so that there would be some purpose or meaning in your life. Maybe you’re just waiting around, hoping for something good to happen while waiting for death’s arrival. Whatever your concern is during COVID-19, one thing is certain: “This pandemic has an influence on all of us, no concern how privileged or not privileged we are.”

When will it stop?

This is one of the answers, which the scientists are still trying to find. But, we have witnessed the covid19 pandemic since the last months of 2019, and now in 2022, we are still fighting new variants of this coronavirus. With more than 2 years of time, we can still predict that, it may be possible that we can face the same situation for another 2 years of time. But, no one knows, till our scientists come with a perfect theory and explanation behind this. The pandemic era has already created a history and when will this history really become a history, we still have to find an answer. Because, the coronavirus pandemic is still a ‘present’, not ‘past’.

Conclusion

The lessons realized from covid19 pandemic can help us to satisfactorily prepare for future pandemics. But we still have a long way to go before we can be fully prepared. If we persist to take action and putting in the work, we’ve already seen some praising progress.

We saw how cities and countries can work jointly and convey information and aids to help fight a pandemic like COVID-19. We also saw how spontaneous we are for pandemics, and how even the world’s most developed countries were not resistant to its outcomes. The world can’t afford to forget COVID-19, and it needs to remember the lessons learned.

COVID-19 showed us how interconnected we all are, and how pandemics can affect every single person on the planet. We need to prepare for future pandemics, and we need to remember that we’re all in this together.
